Looking for a well-rounded General Office/Clerical worker for a busy North County Auto Dealership.  Position is full time.  Accounting experience would be helpful.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Light filing.
  • Answer phones when necessary.
  • Processing inventory documents.
  • Working and maintaining schedules.
  • Document scanning.
  • Helping with month end closing procedures.
  • Stocking in vehicles

  • Light booking knowledge
  • Experience working with Excel
  • CDK experience a plus but will train the right candidate
